Role & Responsibilities

As the PR and Marketing Director, I oversee Snapshot’s full digital presence and outreach. I manage strategy, content, branding, and organizational communication with the goal of growing the club’s community and visibility on campus.

My responsibilities include:

  • Developing media strategy and direction

  • Creating and designing social media posts, reels, event graphics, and announcements

  • Managing Instagram account growth, engagement, and analytics

  • Communicating with members and other organizations, promoting upcoming meetings and workshops

  • Assisting in planning and organizing club events

Grew the account from 12 to 90+ followers (658% audience increase)

Reflection

Serving as Snapshot’s PR & Marketing Director has deepened my skills in social media strategy, brand building, and community engagement. I’ve learned how to create content that aligns with both audience interests and organizational goals while maintaining a cohesive visual identity. This role has also strengthened my creative direction across multiple formats and given me hands-on experience managing a growing account with measurable impact.
